Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Rootine ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Rootine is developed and published by Aveniq LLC, operating under the brand Opplox — this is why the app is hosted at rootine.opplox.com. Rootine itself is a planner, habit tracker, and mood journal. Basic templates are free to use. Additional templates can be unlocked individually (one-time purchase) or through an All-Access subscription or lifetime purchase.

The App works fully without creating an account. If you choose to create one (for cross-device sync), you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple's In-App Purchase system — we never see or store your payment card details.
• Per-template purchases are one-time, non-consumable unlocks tied to your Google or Apple account.
• All-Access subscription (monthly or annual) auto-renews at the price shown at purchase unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play or App Store account settings — the app links you there directly.
• Lifetime All-Access is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.
• Prices may change; changes won't affect a subscription you're already on until its next renewal, and we'll give reasonable notice beforehand.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple according to their own refund policies — we don't process refunds directly.

The free tier is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. We aim to keep ad placement unobtrusive — see our Privacy Policy for what ad-related data is collected. Upgrading to All-Access removes ads.

Your planner entries, habit data, and mood logs belong to you. We don't read, sell, or use the content of your entries for advertising. If you enable account sync, your data is stored to make it available across your devices.

Don't use the App to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the App, or use it in a way that violates Google Play's or the App Store's own policies.

Rootine is provided "as is." It's a planning and tracking tool, not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice — if you're using the mood-tracking features and need support, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line in your area.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing here limits liability where it can't legally be limited.

We may update the App or these Terms over time. Material changes will be noted in-app or via the app store listing's update notes.

You can stop using the App anytime by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Rootine is available worldwide — if you're a consumer located outside the United States, nothing in this section removes any protection you're entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence.
